REFUND POLICY

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines  If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of LOOKZ  the order is not shipped by us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed with in 7 working days.

* Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
* We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order Delivered within 4-7 working days for Other Cities in India.
* We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
* To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

RETURN PICKUP

Return Pick-ups are available for items send by LOOKZ FASHION can be done only one time for any shipment . We will arrange Return pick up only if your delivery address is eligible for return pick-up.
